Charming upgraded Anaheim home located 3/4 mile from Disneyland and 1/4 mile from Anaheim Convention Center.
This is a three-bedroom home with two bathrooms. The queen master suite has a private bathroom, while the remaining rooms are children’s bedrooms with full-over-full bunk beds and access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a 43-inch TV.
The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining, with ample space for the whole family. The kitchen features cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven/stove with range, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar. The family room offers plenty of seating on the sectional sofa and has a TV and Blu-ray/DVD player.
French doors lead from the family and dining area to the rear yard, which includes a natural gas BBQ and patio set. The garage has been converted to a game room, featuring a Stiga Ping Pong table and a Billiards table. Additionally, the home offers strollers, a high chair, a booster seat, and a pack n’ play for infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests’ use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The home has wireless high-speed internet, central heating, and air conditioning.
This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME.

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
