This beautiful, completely remodeled home is perfect for two families. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two master bedrooms with ensuites, one cal-king bed, and one queen bed. Two additional children’s rooms with full-over-full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating located in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed wireless internet. All bedrooms have 43’ TVs. The home has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Access to the game room, which includes ping pong and a full-size pool table, is located through the queen master bedroom. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, a high chair, a pack n’ play, and a booster seat. A full-size washer and dryer are also located in the garage. Off the living room, you have access to the rear yard, which includes an in-ground pool with outdoor seating, a covered patio, and a Natural Gas BBQ grill. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival.
