Beautifully remodeled home with a pool and jacuzzi, all new as of January 2022. This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds.
There’s a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There’s also a game room featuring a ping-pong table.
We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi.
This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors - MAX 6 Adults & MAX 6 Children/infants).

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required for booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder’s name and address must match the booking’s details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

They even offer e-bikes and other services.
