Welcome to Bear Necessities, your cozy Smoky Mountain escape tucked inside a quiet resort community just minutes from all the action. Inside, the open floor plan blends the warm living area and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, hang out, and relax together. The living room features a comfy leather sofa, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
The kitchen has everything you need for easy meals at the cabin, and there’s even a combination washer/dryer for your convenience.
Head upstairs to the spacious loft area, where you’ll find a pool table for hours of fun, a gas fireplace, and access to a private balcony deck for enjoying the fresh mountain air. This level also includes a king bedroom with an in-room jacuzzi and a full attached bathroom, giving you your own little retreat.
Step outside to the main deck and unwind in the bubbling hot tub, gather around the firepit, or fire up the gas BBQ grill for a mountain cookout. Whether it’s morning coffee, an afternoon picnic, or a quiet evening under the stars, Bear Necessities offers the perfect setting for your getaway.

** Additional Sleeping (Loft): Queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the loft area.

Clean and modern, this kitchen makes it super easy to settle in and cook just like you would at home. You’ve got stainless-steel appliances, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, plus all the essentials—pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, even a crockpot—so every meal is covered.
The dining table seats everyone comfortably and doubles as a great spot for family dinners, board games, or getting a little work done during your stay.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
