The open layout flows right into the fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking meals indoors or grilling outside for a casual picnic on the deck. You’ll also have a convenient washer and dryer plus free Wi-Fi throughout the cabin. The main level features a comfortable queen bedroom, while the second level offers two additional queen bedrooms for plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs, the oversized loft includes a fun selection of games for everyone to enjoy! Step outside and unwind in the bubbling hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, and take in the rejuvenating mountain air. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee among the treetops or winding down with local wine after a day of adventure, Treetop Oasis is the perfect base for a memorable Smoky Mountain getaway. ⁂ SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with Queen-sized bed & smart TV. This bedroom has an in-room gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. It also has access to the patio and hot tub. * Bedroom #2 (2nd Level): Peaceful bedroom with Queen-sized bed, storage & smart TV. This bedroom has an in-room gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub as well as a private covered patio. * Bedroom #3 (3rd Level): Peaceful bedroom with Queen-sized bed & smart TV. * Additional Sleeping options: Queen sleeper sofa ⁂ EATING: Clean, fully-equipped kitchen w/appliances; full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining table seats six with plenty of space for your meals. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay! *If you have a group larger than 8, we have several other properties located in the same resort that may also be available. * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information! * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
