Additional vehicles must park off-site at the airport road lot, or the ice rink lot (both free) and take the free shuttle with a guest who is using the parking spot at the condo. This rule is strictly enforced due to the limited parking availability in downtown Breckenridge. ☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :) Must be 28 years or older to book, and have a 5 Star reputation on OTA Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. ✋ No early check in/Late check out due to our teams busy schedule in between guests.
