Things to note: ☀️ Summertime -Please note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :) Must be 28 years or older to book with a 5 Star Reputation on OTA. Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; please inquire for later dates. The standard $100 pet fee will be waived, Pets stay Free. ✋ No early check in/Late check out due to our teams busy schedule in between guests.
