Villa Menuet offers a contemporary holiday villa with sweeping views across the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. Surrounded by landscaped Mediterranean grounds, this sleek single-storey villa combines modern design with effortless outdoor living, all within easy reach of Corsica’s most captivating coastline.
Designed with entertaining in mind, the villa’s open-plan living and dining space flows seamlessly onto the upper decked terrace with a stunning sea view. Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame the scenery from the lounge, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Bora induction hob, Nespresso machine and American-style fridge, makes every gathering feel indulgent yet relaxed.
The sleeping quarters are designed for privacy and comfort, with four elegant bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests. The master bedroom enjoys direct access to the terrace and panoramic sea views, as well as a dressing area and gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. Each of the remaining three bedrooms has its own shower room, offering both convenience and a sense of space for families or groups of friends. There is individually controlled air-conditioning in every room.
Back outside, follow steps down to the infinity swimming pool and spend long days lounging on the deck or challenging friends to a game on the pétanque court. As evening nears, sit beneath the towering pines with a glass of AOC Sartène and gaze at the mesmerising views of the bay.
Part of a large domaine, Villa Menuet also includes access to the private seasonal facilities at Sporting de Marina di Fiori, just over 1km away. Here, guests can pre-book one of the five tennis courts, dip in the 25-metre shared pool and dine out in a stylish restaurant with a rooftop terrace overlooking the bay. A sandy beach lies just ten minutes on foot, and boat rental is available from the marina, ideal for exploring the Corsican coastline from the water.

Guests benefit from access to the private seasonal facilities at Sporting de Marina di Fiori (just over 1km on foot downhill), which includes five tennis courts, a 25-metre swimming pool and a restaurant, renowned for its evening rooftop setting with sweeping sea views. A sandy beach lies around a 10-minute walk from the villa, while the nearby Marina di Fiori port offers the chance to rent a boat from one of three local providers, perfect for exploring the coastline from the water.
The historic town of Porto Vecchio is close at hand, offering a lively blend of cafés, shops and restaurants within its charming old town. The region’s most celebrated beaches are also within a 15 to 30 minutes’ drive, ranging from the family-friendly La Plage de Saint Cyprien and Plage de Pinarellu to the iconic white sands and turquoise waters of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.
For memorable excursions, a day trip to Bonifacio, just 45 minutes by car, reveals dramatic limestone cliffs, a picturesque marina and a fascinating citadel perched above the sea, perhaps combined with a visit to the beautiful bay at Plage de Rondinara.
