No one will meet you at the property. - Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. - Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets. - You must sign and return our written rental agreement. - Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. - We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. - Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. - Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds.
