Home details
Set among cypress and olive trees on the headland between Kalami and Kouloura bays, this light and airy two-bedroom villa enjoys uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea. A partly shaded dining terrace makes the most of the spectacular outlook, while ancient olive trees create a peaceful, intimate setting for long, lazy afternoons.
A short path through the grounds leads to steps down to a flat rocky platform by the water’s edge - perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the clear turquoise sea. Kalami is just a ten-minute walk away for shops, tavernas and boat hire, while picturesque Kouloura Harbour and its well-known fish taverna are only five minutes on foot.
Please note: caution should be taken when accessing the sea from the public path and shallow steps (80) directly below the house. There are low walls and some drops, so young children should be supervised at all times. Although the driveway is shared with a neighbouring property, the villa has its own parking area and a wall ensures the terrace remains private.

About the area
Kassiopi, a charming village on the northeastern coast of Corfu, Greece, is a picturesque destination that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This former fishing village has transformed into a vibrant holiday spot while retaining its traditional Greek charm.
One of the main attractions in Kassiopi is its stunning harbor, where visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront, admiring the array of boats and yachts that dot the clear blue waters. The harbor is also lined with a variety of tavernas and cafes, perfect for sampling local Greek cuisine or sipping on a refreshing ouzo as you watch the world go by.
History enthusiasts will appreciate the ruins of the ancient Kassiopi Castle, which dates back to Roman times. The castle's remnants are perched on a hill above the village, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and the Albanian coast. Exploring these ruins is not only a journey through history but also provides an opportunity for some stunning photography.
For beach lovers, Kassiopi boasts several pebbly beaches with crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The most popular among them is Kalamionas Beach, which is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. The more secluded Bataria and Kanoni beaches are just a short walk away, offering a quieter atmosphere for those looking to escape the crowds.
The village itself is a maze of narrow streets filled with shops selling local handicrafts, jewelry, and olive wood products, making it a great place to pick up souvenirs. At night, Kassiopi comes alive with a modest but lively nightlife scene, where visitors can enjoy live music and dance in the bars and clubs.
Nature lovers can venture out on hiking trails that wind through olive groves and cypress trees, leading to secluded coves and offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Boat trips are also available, providing the opportunity to explore the scenic coastline and visit nearby secluded beaches and caves.
Kassiopi's blend of natural beauty, historical significance, and modern amenities make it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Whether you're looking to delve into the past, relax by the sea, or experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, Kassiopi is a gem that promises a memorable holiday.
