The village's narrow cobblestone streets, lined with charming boutiques and art galleries, invite leisurely strolls. Visitors can explore the small squares, vaulted passageways, and beautifully restored stone houses that evoke a sense of stepping back in time. At the heart of Èze is the exotic garden, Jardin Exotique d'Èze, which sits atop the ruins of a 12th-century castle. The garden is home to an impressive collection of cacti, succulents, and rare plants, all set against the backdrop of the azure sea.
The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, with its neoclassical façade and peaceful interior, is another highlight of Èze. The building reflects the village's rich religious heritage and provides a serene space for contemplation.
For those interested in perfume, Èze is particularly special. The village is home to two renowned perfumeries, Fragonard and Galimard, where visitors can take guided tours to learn about the art of perfume-making and even create their own signature scent.
