Residence #2305 is a beautifully renovated and well-maintained home offering the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Kulalani’s recreation center includes a large lagoon pool, 25-meter lap pool, two hot tubs, exercise facilities, and a covered barbecue pavilion. The townhouse is conveniently located near the entrance to these amenities.
Location
Just a 3-minute drive to The Shops at Mauna Lani, offering a grocery store, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Holoholokai Beach Park is about a 10–15 minute walk, while the renowned 49 Black Sand Beach is a short 10-minute drive within the Mauna Lani Resort. The Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani Auberge Resorts—home to several five-star dining experiences—are also less than 10 minutes away.
Property Manager Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.
Rates do not include taxes, cleaning and applicable fees. The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after checkout. Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably tidy condition. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to unusual mess, spills, stains, excessive trash, or failure to follow checkout instructions, an additional cleaning charge may be applied and deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest.
For bookings made on Property Manager and third party booking websites: Guests must sign a rental contract within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
