Property Manager Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services. Rates do not include taxes, cleaning and applicable fees. The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after checkout. Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably tidy condition. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to unusual mess, spills, stains, excessive trash, or failure to follow checkout instructions, an additional cleaning charge may be applied and deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest.
