Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. **This property is NOT pet friendly per the HOA.** A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
