Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown. It’s safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. You’re right on Ziegler Park, less than a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street. You’ll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium, a 15-minute walk to FC Cincinnati, and more.
Walking, RedBike, eScooters (Lime), the streetcar (FREE), Ubering and driving -- all a cinch!
