The large floor to ceiling windows can be opened up creating and open indoor-outdoor open space to truly capture your surroundings.
Outdoor Area:
Step outside to your own private alpine sanctuary with a private hot tub and a BBQ. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio overlooking the golden Central Otago rolling farmland, unwind in the private hot tub under the stars, or take an outdoor shower in the sun. Relax on the sun soaked outdoor furnished patio after a day of biking on the Twin Rivers Trail.

Nestled in a quiet secluded spot on Barn Hill Drive, enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to local hotspots: just a 9 minute drive to historic Arrowtown, 14 minutes to Frankton, or 22 minutes to central Queenstown. Whether you’re after fine dining, outdoor adventure, or lakeside serenity, everything Queenstown has to offer is within reach.
Guest Access:
Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.
Neighborhood:
The property is secluded on farmland with no visible neighbours. The Twin River bike trail runs directly in front of the property where you can join to go in either direction.
Interaction:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
Getting Around:
We recommend having a car at this property due to its secluded location. The property has multiple private car spaces available. There is no public transport available.
Other things to note:
The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
