This stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers breathtaking lake and mountain views, just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk (with incline on return) to Queenstown’s CBD. Ideal for up to 6 guests, it features spacious living areas with a fully equipped kitchen, leading to a private outdoor space with a spa pool, BBQ, and seating-perfect for alfresco dining.

While the property comfortably accommodates up to six people in existing beds. Please confirm the number of guests and if more than six, we can arrange for a sofa bed to be prepared for your stay.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with a bathtub, while the other rooms share a modern bathroom. A converted garage serves as a fun rumpus room for kids, complete with a ping pong table and movie area.

Outdoor Area:
Step outside to the outdoor entertaining area the perfect place to end a day of adventure. Sink into the hot tub, glass in hand, and relax under the open sky as the fresh alpine air and peaceful surroundings melt your cares away.
Interaction:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
Guest Access:
Guests will be sent their arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

Nestled on the lower slopes of Queenstown Hill, this property sits just a short stroll from the heart of Queenstown’s vibrant CBD. A short 2 minute walk downhill, you’ll find the town center, including waterfront restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions like the Skyline Gondola
Getting Around:
Buses run from the town center a short 2 minute walk downhill. Off-street parking available, and parking in garage.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
