Please confirm the number of guests and if more than six, we can arrange for a sofa bed to be prepared for your stay. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a bathtub, while the other rooms share a modern bathroom. A converted garage serves as a fun rumpus room for kids, complete with a ping pong table and movie area. A short 2 minute walk downhill, you’ll find the town center, including waterfront restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions like the Skyline Gondola Getting Around: Buses run from the town center a short 2 minute walk downhill. Off-street parking available, and parking in garage. Other things to note: Located on a steep hill. Pets considered-please inquire. The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
