It is a gorgeous up and coming community perfect for your next luxurious getaway! Getting Around: There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the property and guest parking available. Other things to note: No stairs in and around the property. The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
