As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am. - Guest Access You will be sent your arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival. - Neighborhood Frankton is a peaceful area of Queenstown with fabulous views of Lake Wakatipu and easy access to the lake and beachfront areas.
