Grand Mountain Splash is built around one simple idea — keep 24 people entertained without ever having to leave. A heated indoor pool open year-round, an outdoor swim spa with lazy river setting and LED light show, a 120-inch theater room with stadium seating, an arcade loft loaded with racing simulators, Big Buck Hunter, and classic multicade games, and seven bedrooms spread across four stories of all-log luxury. Tucked quietly away from the Pigeon Forge strip with easy access to Dollywood and the Smokies when you’re ready to venture out.
Welcome to Grand Mountain Splash — a 7-bedroom plus bunkroom all-log luxury lodge in the Smoky Mountains where the amenities do the heavy lifting and 24 people never run out of things to do.
This is a property built around keeping a large group genuinely entertained. A heated indoor pool open every day of the year. An outdoor swim spa with lazy river setting and LED light show. A 120-inch theater room. An arcade loft. Four stories of living space spread across 5,000+ square feet. When your group is ready to head out, Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge strip are about 15 minutes away. But honestly — you might not need to.
THE INDOOR POOL
The heart of Grand Mountain Splash is the heated indoor pool, open year-round regardless of weather. A comfortable lounge area and TV round out the space, making it a gathering spot as much as a swim spot. Rain, cold, or shine — the pool is always on.
THE OUTDOOR DECK
When the weather cooperates — June through November — the outdoor deck picks up where the indoor pool leaves off. A luxury swim spa with lazy river setting, LED light show, and lap swimming features. A wood-burning stacked stone fireplace perfect for s’mores and late-night stories. A Weber propane grill for big group cookouts. A hot tub. Picnic tables. Everything a large group needs to turn the deck into the main event.
THE THEATER ROOM
Tucked off the lower level, the theater room features reclining leather seats, full stadium seating, a 120-inch screen, HD smart projector, surround sound, and Xbox. This is a proper cinematic experience — not just a big TV in a bedroom.
THE ARCADE LOFT
The top floor loft is where the competitive energy lives. Racing simulators with force feedback steering wheels and surround sound. Alien Extermination arcade. Big Buck Hunter HD with a 50-inch screen. Two-player multicade with Pac-Man and the classics. Foosball. A queen futon to crash on when the games wind down. Soaring ceilings and big mountain-facing windows make it one of the best rooms in the house.
THE BEDROOMS
Six king bedrooms, a twin-over-twin bunk room sleeping 6, a bunkroom off the upper master suite, and a loft futon handle up to 24 guests across four levels. The grand master suite on the main level sets the standard — 5-head walk-in shower, two-person Jacuzzi tub, his and her vanities, wood-burning fireplace, and a 65-inch Smart TV.
THE MAIN LEVEL
The open-concept great room and kitchen feature cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, leather recliner couches, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and a 65-inch Smart TV. The dining area combined with the loft tables seats 24 indoors — enough room for the whole group to sit down together.
