Large windows flood the space with natural light, while a heat pump and heat transfer system ensure year-round comfort, keeping the home warm and cozy during the cooler months. Outdoor area: Step outside to discover beautifully maintained, mature gardens that create a private and tranquil setting. This inviting outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining or unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy evenings soaking in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings—this is outdoor living at its finest. Guest Access: Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Interaction: We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm. Neighborhood: Arrowtown is a delightful gold rush village nestled beside the sparkling Arrow River and below magnificent peaks. It has a thriving community that is packed with character - as well as some of the best dining and shopping in the country. You’ll be enchanted by the heritage main street and the beautiful walking and biking trails. Whether it’s skiing in the winter or hiking and biking in the summer, there’s something for everyone. Getting Around: Located just a short stroll from Arrowtown’s charming streets, you’ll have easy access to boutique shops, local restaurants, and historical sites. Just 20 minutes from Queenstown Airport, it’s the perfect place to stay while you’re exploring the region. There is one parking space in the driveway and free on-street parking available at this property. There are also bus stops within walking distance. Other things to note: Please note the fireplace in the photos is not for guests use. This property is 2 stories; however it is only the garage on the bottom floor. The second story of the property is accessible via a path/ramp to the right hand side, this is wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms, bathrooms as well as the living, dining, kitchen and laundry areas are on the second floor. The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply: No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
