Inside find a 65” TV, games, sofa, two recliners, and floor pillows for movie night, gaming, or a quiet place to read or do yoga. Full feature stack washer/dryer is also on this floor. The 2nd level features spectacular ocean views and an open plan great room boasting multiple sitting areas, TV, and oceanfront deck. The bookshelf includes summer reading, plus shell, bird, and fish identification books. Enjoy sunsets from the reading nook or play at the game table with an ocean-facing window. The powder room is next to the elevator. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers special extras such as a coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, refrigerator with dual ice makers, oven with air-fry option, and electric knife sharpener. Dry bar with beverage/wine fridge provides additional space to chill and serve drinks. The dining table seats 10, plus island seating.
