The rec room features a flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball, and a shuffleboard table. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and commercial ice maker with a full sink. The private Home Theater includes tiered seating as well as a bar in the back with additional seating. This level also features a King master suite and a master bedroom with two Twins that can convert into a King. Laundry facilities include one full-size stackable washer and dryer unit and one full-size side-by-side set. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor and is easily accessible from the pool area. The mid-level includes five master suites— including four King master suites (two with ocean views and one with soundside views). The fifth master suite on this floor is dedicated to the kids. This room is equipped with two Twin Bunk Sets; the kids will not want to leave! A centrally located family room features a large flat-screen smart TV, full refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar— a perfect additional gathering area with a game table and seating. The top level features an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and sweeping ocean views. There is also a dining area with seating for 16, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with two full refrigerators, a microwave drawer, a Jenn Aire gourmet cook stove/oven, and an island with seating for eight. There is also a wet bar including a beverage refrigerator. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen.
