Room Configuration: Master Bedroom with ensuite: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Over Double Bunk Bed House Rules and Information: Parking: 2 x off street parking + on street parking. There is no parking in the garage due to having the pool table in here. The garage can be used to store bikes and other valuables. Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
