Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests with a flexible bedding configuration, the home is thoughtfully designed across two levels:
• Upstairs: Main living areas, separate toilet and master bedroom with ensuite
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms and main bathroom
Keep comfortable all year round with a heat pump/air conditioning in the main living area and panel heaters in each of the bedrooms.
Enjoy the convenience of a double garage for secure storage of bikes, vehicles, or a boat, plus two outdoor living areas designed for all day enjoyment, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Families will love being within walking distance to a local playground, tennis court, and basketball hoop, while food lovers can enjoy a variety of eateries and cafés just minutes away by car. For a splash of fun, take a short drive to Acacia Bay — one of Taupō’s most popular swimming spots, complete with a jetty, pontoon, public BBQ, and toilets. A boat ramp is just 8 minutes’ drive away.

House Rules and Information:
Parking: Internal double garage + 2 x additional off-street parking.
Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
