Room Configuration Upstairs Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x Super King Bed Living Room: 1 x Sofa Bed Downstairs Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King Bed (can be split into 2 x King Singles on request) Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Beds (can be make up together as a Super King on request) *If you require bedding for the sofa bed or for beds to be split or made up together, we kindly request that you let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. House Rules and Information: Parking: Internal double garage + 2 x additional off-street parking. Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
