This wonderful three-bedroom family home is located in the heart of
Earlsfield, just moments from excellent cafés, restaurants, and the
popular Wandle Pub. With Earlsfield Station only a two-minute walk
away, you’ll have quick and easy access to Waterloo and central London,
making this an ideal base for both city life and local living. Enter
into the hallway and to your right you’ll find a cosy sitting room with
comfortable sofas, a TV, and bookshelves. This space flows into the
dining area with seating for six and the fully equipped kitchen,
complete with oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
French doors open directly onto a delightful garden with outdoor
seating - perfect for a morning coffee. Note that the washing machine
is located in the cellar below the kitchen. A guest WC is also located
at the end of the hallway. On the first floor is a bright single
bedroom overlooking the garden, (note this room is now a single bed,
rather than twins). Next door, the family bathroom includes a shower
over bath, sink, and loo. The second bedroom has a king-size bed,
fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room with loo. Please note the
study on this floor will be private and not available to guests. The
top floor is home to the master bedroom, decorated in restful green
tones. This spacious retreat features a king-size bed, wardrobe, and
en-suite bathroom tucked under the eaves with shower over bath, sink
and loo. A selection of additional services and items can be ordered

(Earlsfield is only 3 minutes to Clapham Junction & 8 minutes to

to relax, while the spacious master suite provides a peaceful retreat
after a day in the city. Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties. To
rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
