Nearby Activities: Fairway Retreat is perfectly situated for exploring Lake of the Ozarks and Old Kinderhook Resort. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the on-site courses, while families can visit Cave View Marina just 0.9 miles away. Other Things to Note: • We supply propane for the grill • The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends • This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted • This property does not have a dock or direct water access; however, lake amenities are available within Old Kinderhook • This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises • This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate For Your Safety and Peace of Mind: • A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access • Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards • Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience • An interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell, without video/audio monitoring inside Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines: • Pet fee of USD20 per night per pet is required (1 dog only) • Pets must be on a leash when outside and cannot be left unattended outdoors • Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5 percent transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95 percent of the transaction paid.
