Arriving at Your Tulum Escape: We want your arrival to be as seamless as possible. You’ll find convenient parking available directly in front of the condo. If you are arriving by taxi or private transfer, you can be dropped off right at the entrance, where our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and show you around. Your Stay Essentials Check-in: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Our staff will be available to greet you and hand over the keys in person. After 6:00 PM: Check-in is done at the reception with the security guard.
