Game are with board games and ping pong table OFFICE- Off of the living space with futon. HALF BATHROOM- Connected the office and living space. BEDROOM 1- Furnished with King bed and dresser. Pool deck and waterfront views FULL BATHROOM 1- Attached to bedroom with shower and double vanity. BEDROOM 2- Furnished with King bed, dresser, large walk in closet, and smart tv. FULL BATHROOM 2- Attached to bedroom with large walk in shower. FULL BATHROOM 3- Accessed from the hallway with shower/tub combo. BEDROOM 3- Furnished with Queen bed. Connected to small living space with futon, smart tv, and closet. FULL BATHROOM 4- Connected to bedroom 3 with shower. BEDROOM 4- Furnished with Queen bed and dresser. LAUNDRY- Spacious laundry room with ample storage. Washer and dryer with iron and ironing board supplied [SECOND FLOOR-SUITE] BEDROOM 5- Furnished with King bed, large closet FULL BATHROOM 6- Full bathroom with large vanity and walk in shower HALF BATHROOM FULL KITCHEN- Complete with it’s own stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, and more. Attached dining space for 4 LIVING ROOM- Living area with cozy leather couch, lounger, and smart tv. DECK- Private deck that looks out to the waterfront and pool deck [OUTDOOR SPACE] POOL- Large swimming pool on the waterfront WATERFRONT DOCK- Spacious deck to enjoy sunsets and fishing. FIRE TABLE- Fire table with seating on the waterfront COOKING- Wood burning oven and grill to add options to your meal selections during your stay SWING BED- A private swing bed to lounge in out of the sun, next to the pool deck PARKING- Off street parking in 2 separate driveways for up to 6-8 cars, with additional parking in the garage. Guests have private access to the entire 5 bedroom home, private pool area, and waterfront dock. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay) **Important** If booking for a wedding group, bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation.
