In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation ’Greeting to the Sun’, stroll through charming streets, and have a coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine.
Every year, Biograd na moru prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishermen’s festivals, fairs of local products and specialties with tastings. Children will be delighted by Aquapark Biograd and Dalmaland Fun & Water Park, where they will be able to have fun in water attractions that guarantee fun for the whole family!
In the immediate vicinity of Pakoštane, you will see a beautiful natural phenomenon of different shades of blue that leave no one indifferent. Vrana Lake is the largest natural lake in Croatia. The northwestern part of the lake has been declared a special ornithological reserve with almost untouched natural habitats of waterfowl, a rare wetland system, great biodiversity, and exceptional scientific and ecological value. You can explore the nature park by walking along educational and hiking trails, but also with your favorite pet on two wheels - for many, cycling is the first choice for touring Vrana Lake.
There is also the islet of Vrgada, known as an island where there are no cars, there is only one shop, and only a few more restaurants and cafes. But the nature is beautiful, the beaches are heavenly, and the rhythm of life is truly Mediterranean, relaxed and idyllic.
