Please note that some metro noise may be heard inside the apartment. This 46 m² 1 bedroom apartment is a comfortable and practical choice for a stay in Paris. It features: - A living room with a fully equipped open kitchen - Sofa bed - A bedroom with en-suite bathroom - Separate toilet - High-speed broadband Wi‑Fi - TV - Laundry solution - Iron & ironing board - Hair dryer - Bed linen and bath towels This setup ensures a comfortable and functional stay for up to 4 guests. Please note that we can hear the noise of the metro in the apartment. (Please note: pets and smoking are not permitted.) This apartment is available for a minimum stay of one month under "Bail Mobilité" in accordance with French law (ELAN law / mobility lease framework). To rent under Bail Mobilité, the tenant must justify - at the start of the lease - that they fall into one of the eligible categories, such as: - Professional training - Professional assignment / job change - Temporary assignment (seasonal workers, temporary needs) - Studies (including graduate studies) - Apprenticeship contract - Internship - Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all amenities during their stay. This apartment is close to metro stops: - Richelieu-Drouot ( metro line 8 and 9 ) - Bourse ( metro line 3 ) - Le Peletier ( metro line 7 ) - Auber ( RER A ) You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24. You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, G7, taxis, etc). You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment. Visiting Paris has never been so easy! Check-in: standard check-in time after 3:00 PM. A refundable security deposit is required before arrival. For foreign guests, in accordance with French legal requirements (CESEDA), a police form + official identity document (passport) must be provided. We use a secure online check-in tool to upload your documents in advance. This is a legal requirement.
