The spacious open plan living and dining space has plenty of comfortable seating and a table with bench style seating, DVD/TV with Freeview. Glazed front door and floor to ceiling windows at the front makes this a lovely light and airy room. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size electric oven/hob, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer, toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine which is located in the bathroom. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, a WC and hand basin. A glazed window lets in natural light. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a TV, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Doors lead out to the balcony with a table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of tea.
