This rental is conveniently located for a quick stroll to downtown Winter Park and main street with restaurants and stores and where the majority of festivals and events are held year-round. The main clubhouse is right next to the condo. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
