This exceptional, newly constructed home fuses contemporary lines and striking accents with warm colors and rustic touches to create a sophisticated yet inviting mountain retreat. The residence is perfectly positioned, offering proximity to downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes, yet located in a tranquil neighborhood alongside the Blue River.
The main living area is surrounded by windows that frame spectacular views, while a beautiful fireplace anchors the space. Guests can settle into the large, comfortable sofas in front of the fire for après or games; or movie nights on the big-screen TV.
For the culinary enthusiast, the gourmet kitchen impresses with professional-grade appliances, a butler’s pantry, and an expansive island with seating for four. The adjacent dining area’s stunning table accommodates 10 guests against a backdrop of the views outside.
Transition to the spacious upper deck - an outdoor oasis perfect for alfresco entertaining, with a dining table for eight and a BBQ grill.
There are four beautifully designed bedrooms. The primary suite, located on the main level, is a luxurious, light-filled space with a king bed, fireplace, TV, sitting area, desk, and access to the wraparound deck. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom is finished with radiant-heated floors, a soaking tub, walk-in glass shower, and double vanity.
On the sunny lower level, there are three king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower and single vanity. The family room is perfect for kids and teens. The space features two sets of full-over-king bunkbeds. Guests sleeping here will share one of the king bedroom’s ensuite bathrooms. Next to the bunks is a large sofa and a big-screen TV. In addition, there’s a wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge and ice maker.
The lower-level patio features a firepit and a hot tub and sauna, excellent for post-ski recovery.
Additional amenities include boot dryers and a laundry room with plenty of counter space for folding clothes and a stackable washer/dryer. The garage for guest use accommodates two vehicles, and there is space for two more vehicles in the driveway.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
