Welcome to our elegant and functional studio flat right next to the spectacular Brunelleschi’s Dome. With a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the iconic Florence Cathedral, this is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the beauty of this city. The apartment is located on the historic Via Ricasoli, in the very heart of the city’s center. Just a few minutes away from all the most famous Florence attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The apartment has been recently refurbished and elegantly designed. As you enter, you’re greeted by a functional kitchenette, with a dining table nearby. The spacious and comfortable bathroom comes with a shower. A double bed and a spacious wardrobe complete the space. However, the real highlight is the terrace, which provides stunning views of the red dome – a true Renaissance masterpiece of Florence.
The Via Ricasoli area is a historic street named after a wealthy Florentine family. It is situated between Piazza San Marco and Piazza del Duomo. The area is home to the Accademia Gallery, where you can admire Michelangelo’s David. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away (approximately 800 meters). From this location, you can easily reach any destination with a pleasant 10 to 20-minute stroll.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center and, therefore, within its limited traffic zone. It is best accessed on foot or by taxi. If you are arriving by car, many garages are just a few steps away from the entrance door, with Garage Florentia and City Parking Fiesolana being the closest options.
