The apartment is situated in the neighborhood of San Lorenzo – at the heart of the historical center. Main feature of the area is the well known Central Market – where everyday hundreds of merchants convey with their carts which by night are taken away leavening the streets empty. The city’s favorite attractions are all at short walking distance. The main Train Station, Santa Maria Novella, is only ten minutes away walking.
The apartment is just outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) – literally at its entrance – which makes it easier to get in by car. In the historical center is always needed to devote some time to look for a parking spot. Otherwise it’s possible to leave the car at one of the many private parkings (Garages) in the area surrounding the apartment.
Given the peculiar time occurring throughout the world related to health issues, we have decided to raise our attention and time dedicated to CLEANING and SANITATION. We take care of this with the help of professionals who sanitize every surface in the apartment after the guest’s stay. This increased attention affects our cleaning costs, but we believe it is a gain in health and safety on the long term. To save on health wouldn’t be smart we all can agree. We hope you can relate and support us in this choice.

This enchanting city, nestled in the heart of Tuscany, is a magnet for art lovers, history enthusiasts, and those seeking the quintessential Italian experience.
The city's historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a testament to its illustrious past. The iconic Duomo, with its red-tiled dome engineered by Brunelleschi and the adjacent Giotto's Campanile, stands as a symbol of Florence's architectural prowess. The nearby Baptistery, with its famous bronze doors by Ghiberti, completes this remarkable ensemble.
Art aficionados will find their paradise within the walls of the Uffizi Gallery, home to an unparalleled collection of Italian Renaissance art, including masterpieces by Botticelli, Michelangelo, and Leonardo da Vinci. The Accademia Gallery, where Michelangelo's David stands in all its glory, is another pilgrimage site for those seeking artistic enlightenment.
Florence is not just about the grandeur of its past; it's a living city with a vibrant street life and bustling markets. The Mercato Centrale offers a feast for the senses, with stalls brimming with local produce, cheeses, meats, and artisanal goods. The surrounding streets are lined with boutiques, leather shops, and jewelers, making Florence a shopper's delight.
The city's culinary scene is equally impressive, with traditional trattorias serving Tuscan classics like ribollita and bistecca alla fiorentina. The local Chianti wine is the perfect accompaniment to any meal, embodying the rich flavors of the region's rolling vineyards.
