Discover this pleasant villa located in a renowned, secure and well maintained estate in Grimaud.
This villa includes a first bedroom with a double bed size 189 x 200, a second bedroom with a double bed size 160 x 200, and a third bedroom with a double bed size 140 x 190. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a functional bathroom. The dining area is ideal for sharing convivial moments, while the comfortable living room invites you to relax after your days of exploration.
The estate also has a shared swimming pool, open from 1 June to 15 September, with deckchairs and supervised by a lifeguard from 5 July to 30 August. Enjoy a shaded garden with deckchairs and garden furniture, as well as a terrace equipped with dining tables, chairs and parasol. A bowling green is also available for leisure time.
You will particularly appreciate the freshness and brightness of this accommodation.
Free parking is available in front of the villa.

The villa is ideally located just 400 meters from the sea, with a private beach reserved for estate residents, including 4 sunbeds and 2 free umbrellas per villa, accessible via an underground passage. You will also find a pleasant restaurant in the shade of a pine tree on the beach, as well as access to many water sports, perfect for relaxing on the beach, swimming or boat trips.
Explore the charming villages around, rich in restaurants, art galleries and museums. During your stay, be sure to discover the must-see attractions of the region, such as the Vieux Moulin beach a 10-minute walk, the Port-Grimaud Harbour Office a 12-minute walk, and the Cogolin Marina beach also a 12-minute walk.
