ADDITIONAL DETAILS: No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort. Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway for guest use. Please note that guests will need to provide their own laundry supplies. Parking: One designated parking space is available in a shared two-car garage (left side only). Additional street parking—both metered and unmetered—may also be available nearby. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
