You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
This is a nonsmoking property.
Absolutely no pets are allowed per HOA regulations.
This includes all animals, with no exceptions.
If an undisclosed or unapproved pet is found on the property at any time, guests will be subject to a fine of $500 per pet.
Violations may also result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
