Property Manager are delighted to present Foxes Walk, off the beaten track in the village of Templeton, the cottage has two bedrooms, with a unique Shepherds hut in the garden adding to its rustic charm. The cosy shepherds hut has a double bed, increasing the maximum capacity to 8. Private parking is available and there are scenic rural views as far as the eye can see.
Templeton is a small village with a nineteenth-century pub, the Boars Head, a primary school, church, chapel and park, while the nearby village of Narberth has more to offer.
Narberth is a delightful market town with historic architecture, lively arts and culture, unique shops and amazing restaurants and cafes. A short drive away are the seaside villages of Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby, all with their own character and charm, a must see when visiting the area.
For the outdoor adventurers, you are always close to Pembrokeshire Coast Path which offers breathtaking land and seascapes, serene coastal walks, and wonderful opportunities for wildlife spotting.

The snug and beautifully crafted hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, inside, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space with a comfy bed ideal for a romantic getaway, solo escape, or a peaceful break. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding fields and woodland.
As you enter through the front door to the cottage, you are welcomed into the hallway, with a beautiful wooden staircase going up to the mezzanine bedroom. Off the hall you will find the bathroom and first bedroom.
Living Room
Down the corridor to your left, you will find a welcoming and snug living room, with a comfy sofa and chairs for settling down to watch the smart tv after exploring the local area.
Kitchen/Dining room
Just passed the living room and down two steps, you will find a lovely contemporary kitchen, it is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, separate under-counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery for you to enjoy preparing and eating meals. The dining table is situated in the kitchen but why not open the French doors and enjoy your meals al fresco on the patio.
Bedroom 1
Main bedroom leads off the hallway and benefits from a king size bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers with ample space for clothes and belongings.
Bathroom
The bathroom comprises of a toilet, wash basin, shower over the bath and a mirror.
Bedroom 2
The 2nd bedroom is upstairs in the roof, with exposed beams, but watch your head! Here you will find two double beds, two chests of drawers, and a cupboard for all your storage needs, also stunning views out over the fields.
Shepherds Hut
The Shepherds hut in the garden offers an extra special treat for two people in the warmer months, your very own relaxed, tranquil sleeping haven.

At the end of a private rustic track there is parking for 3 cars within the gate, the property further benefits from central heating throughout and Wi-Fi.
