Most units in this complex do not need AC as the direct ocean breeze keeps the unit cool. We provided an A/C for your extra comfort! • Smart TV with streaming apps as well as 200+ channels of free cable TV. • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; coffee & tea provided • Newly updated bathroom with grab bar in bathtub. • Beautiful resort setting with ocean front pools and bbq grills • Beach ready with 3 chairs, 2x umbrella, snorkeling gear and fins, frisbee, sand toys, 3 boogie boards, 6 beach towels and floaty/vest. **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Hawaii’s Natural Environment: Hawaii’s beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness. To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life! • Laundry facility is shared in the community but we provided laundry soap for your use. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
