A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout. -3-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking. - Parking: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. • Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking. • For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated. • Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences. • All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in. • Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.
