Loons Landing is a large spacious 5BR House located at the top of Long Pond. This spacious home has 2 separate living room spaces for everyone to spread out and relax! This is a Pet Friendly house that has a FULLY FENCED in backyard! Guests can walk across the street and access the Waterfront to swim in Long Pond! Distances to Popular Locations: -11 min to Downtown Southwest Harbor -13 min to Acadia National Park [Cadillac Mountain Entrance] -18 min to Downtown Bar Harbor Water Access: •Guests can walk across the street to access the water on Long Pond •Floating Dock and swim area outlined with buoys (see photos under EXTERIOR) •Picnic tables at shore •This area is a boat launch into Long Pond •NO Kayaks are provided to guests as part of the Rental - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Outdoor Space: •The Backyard space is FULLY FENCED in the backyard •Fire Pit is available •Wrap around Deck with a table and Chairs •Grill Available for Use •The side of the home outside of the fenced in area is used by the Kayak Company that operates across the street to use for storage. This Studio has its own entrance, NO ONE will ever go into the house or need to go in to the house for any reason •The entire house is for guests to use, the side of the backyard that is NOT fenced in is used by the homeowner who operates the Kayak Rental Company across the street at the Boat Launch but guests are welcome to store bikes or boats there as well
