Welcome to Bear Tracks Lodge, a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath mountain retreat tucked into the pines of Blue River, just 15 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the world-class ski slopes of Peak 9. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with serene forest surroundings and sweeping views of Quandary Peak, this inviting 1,800 sq. ft. home combines rustic charm with modern comforts. Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing by the fire, Bear Tracks Lodge provides the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
We care for the home across the street as well, in case you’re traveling with a larger group. Take advantage of the ideal location while maintaining extra privacy and the added benefit of an additional kitchen and dining area. Look for Foxtail Trail in the Property Manager portfolio.
Proximity: This home is located on Tordal Way in Blue River, approximately 7.8 miles (15 minutes) from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy quick access to popular trails including Quandary Peak, Blue Lakes, McCullough Gulch, Spruce Creek, and the Blue River Trail. Outdoor adventures like snowshoeing, fishing, mountain biking, and off-road trails are just minutes away.
Kitchen & Dining (Main Level): The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, French-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven/air fryer, blender, and plenty of pantry space. The acacia wood dining table seats 6 with four chairs and a bench, making it perfect for meals with family or friends.

Living Room (Main Level): The main level living area features vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and cozy mountain decor. A plush sofa, coffee table, and SmartTV make it ideal for movie nights, while the large windows bring in natural light and mountain views.
• Please note: there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, but it is not available for guest use.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): Queen bed, nightstands, closet, ensuite bathroom with step-in shower and single vanity.
• Second Bedroom (Main Level): Double bed, nightstands, desk space, shares hallway bathroom.

Lower-Level Den & Office: The downstairs space doubles as a and dedicated office area with a full desk, chair, and dual monitor setup, perfect for remote work in the mountains. A second seating area and Smart TV make it a cozy retreat away from the main level.
Outdoor Living: Step outside to enjoy the fresh alpine air and expansive deck with forest and mountain views. Outdoor seating and a propane BBQ grill make it the perfect spot for morning coffee or family dinners surrounded by nature.
Laundry: A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is located on the lower level.

• This home uses streaming services only and does not have cable TV
• There is no air conditioning or hot tub at the property
• Wood-burning fires are not permitted
• Review the Good Neighbor Guidelines in our Welcome Binder to ensure compliance with community rules.
• This home can occupy a total of 4 guests maximum.
Property Manager provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
