Designed for nature lovers, hikers, and guests seeking a serene escape, this two-bedroom apartment with mezzanine accommodates up to four guests in a warm chalet-inspired setting. The living area immediately conveys a welcoming mountain ambiance, featuring wood accents, a dining table for four, and a comfortable sofa—perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the surrounding trails. Large windows frame sweeping views of the valley and mountains, while the lush private garden offers a beautiful outdoor extension of the home. In summer, guests can enjoy the deckchairs, dine alfresco at the outdoor table, or prepare meals on the barbecue. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, and features a charming window overlooking nature. The first double bedroom is located on the main floor, while a wooden staircase leads to the second double bedroom in the cozy mezzanine, ideal for restful nights in a quiet alpine setting. The bathroom includes a hydromassage bathtub/shower combination—an inviting space for relaxation after a day of trekking or outdoor sports. A cellar equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and storage area for sports gear is also available. Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. Nearby:  Anzonico dominates the left side of the Leventina Valley: here there is a splendid panoramic view of the Lower Leventina. Paved lanes, stone or wooden terraced houses give the village a timeless charm. The famous Strada Alta passes through Anzonico, the popular ridge hike from Airolo to Bodio Biasca that leads to around 1000 m passing by some of the most beautiful mountain villages in the valley and can be covered on foot in two or three daily stages. From Monday to Saturday in Anzonico there is a grocery store open selling basic necessities: "Noemi’s shop" - Natel: 079 830 42 44. In Anzonico you can taste the typical dishes of the area at the Osteria Anzonico. Faido, reachable in 15 minutes by car: here you will find 3 supermarkets, a famous bakery that produces typical products, 2 pharmacies, a butcher’s shop and a dairy store selling local  products. Among the most visited natural landscapes in the area there are the wonderful Piumogna waterfalls, very popular with tourists in summer.
