Set in the heart of Chironico, the renowned bouldering destination of the Leventina Valley, Chalet Nucleo 12 offers the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. Ideal for families, friends, or couples, this three-bedroom apartment spans three levels and features a warm, welcoming wooden chalet-style interior. The ground floor hosts a bright living room with a large sofa and TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of trekking, climbing, or cycling. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is also available for guests’ convenience. On the first floor, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a table for four and a dining room with a large table for eight provide the perfect setting for shared meals. A service bathroom with toilet completes this floor. The second floor features three bedrooms: two doubles with wardrobes and one single with a large chest of drawers. A full bathroom with shower provides comfort for all guests. Please note that the decorative fireplace is not functional and cannot be used. Among the most visited natural landscapes in the area there are the wonderful Piumogna waterfalls, very popular with tourists in summer.
