Located in SW Ketchum, this spacious 2700 square foot, all-on-one-level condo is located on the second floor with views of Bald Mountain from the great room and primary suite. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 6 guests. It is only a quick walk from the condo to town or the River Run ski lifts and lodge.
The open living area is spacious with a gas fireplace and a 55-inch flat screen TV with cable and streaming options. There is access to a deck with a gas grill. The kitchen is large and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and 4 bar stools at the counter. The dining table will seat 6 and has access to the deck area with wonderful mountain Views.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a gas fireplace, and 45 inch flat screen TV. There is access to a private deck facing the mountains with a table and chairs. The primary ensuite bathroom has a 2-sink vanity, a large shower, a cedar sauna, and a sunken jetted tub. There is a large walk-in closet/ dressing room as well.
The comfortable second bedroom has two twin Old Hickory beds, a 55-inch flat screen TV, walk in closet, and an ensuite bath with a sunken jetted tub, large shower, and a 2-sink vanity. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a 45-inch flat screen TV, and a sitting area. There is an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity, shower/tub combo, and a walk-in closet.
Off the hallway is the full-size laundry room with a stack washer/dryer and the half bathroom with a single sink vanity. There are bamboo floors throughout and a ceiling fan in the living area. The home has radiant floor heat and air conditioning.
The Westridge complex offers an elevator and underground parking with one assigned parking space. Guest parking spaces are available but require a permit. A lockable storage space in the garage for ski and bike storage is available for guests’ use
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
