***VILLA CLEANING***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling will be coordinated with your property manager on arrival.
***BEACH NOTES***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark. The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The beach next door is also always available for your use.
The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have spots of rocky “ironshore”. We recommend wearing pool shoes or fins for foot protection.
The big draw to this area is the Rum Point Club, a public beachfront destination with beach service, food + drinks, a gift shop, excursions, and snorkeling. Also nearby is the Kaibo, another seaside dining spot with a cafe, beach bar & grill, and a fine dining restaurant.
***OCEAN DEBRIS & SARGASSUM***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

This stretch of road is renowned for its stunning ocean views, access to pristine beaches, and the opportunity to explore the island's less commercialized areas.
One of the main attractions along Queens Highway is the chance to visit secluded coves and beaches where the white sand and crystal-clear waters create a perfect setting for relaxation and water activities. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise, with vibrant coral reefs and an abundance of marine life, including tropical fish and sea turtles.
The road also leads to several points of interest, such as the Blow Holes, a natural wonder where waves crash into the rocky shoreline, forcing water through crevices to create spectacular spouts. This is an ideal spot for photography and experiencing the raw power of nature.
For those interested in the cultural aspects of the Cayman Islands, Queens Highway provides access to local art galleries and craft shops where visitors can appreciate and purchase authentic Caymanian art and souvenirs. The road also passes by small villages and communities, offering a glimpse into the everyday life of the island's residents and the chance to experience genuine Caymanian hospitality.
Adventure seekers can take advantage of the numerous trails and paths that branch off from Queens Highway, leading to hidden spots and providing opportunities for hiking and wildlife watching.
