Phoenix IX, Unit #608, in Orange Beach, is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath PREMIERE CORNER Gulf Front condo on the 6th floor with a wrap-around balcony. 3 of the 4 TVs are large 77” OLED 4K with built-in streaming apps. The condo sleeps up to eight guests and is over 2,300 square feet. REMODELED in 2019 from floor to ceiling. All new bedroom furniture as of 2024. In addition, the balcony has been retiled with modern white tile and new furniture added. VIEWS, VIEWS, and more VIEWS from walls of “floor-to-ceiling glass.” RARE CORNER 3-bedroom 3 ½ bath unit where EVERY bedroom is on the side with windows angled to allow beautiful Gulf VIEWS from your bed. Each bedroom also has its own sliding glass door to access the 120 feet of tiled balcony. This means no “flipping a coin” to see who gets the bedroom with the Gulf VIEW. So naturally, the living room has spectacular corner VIEWS of the beach. In fact, the only rooms without views in this unit are the bathrooms and three “walk-in” closets. It is worth pointing out that these spacious UPSCALE Phoenix IX CORNER units with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms have more interior space (2,300+ sq. Ft.) and tiled balcony space (400+ sq. ft.) than most 4-bedroom and even some 5-bedroom, condos in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. This spacious open floor plan includes a large kitchen area with modern high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, a separate icemaker/wet bar, and all the modern conveniences you would find at home. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a few items you do not typically find in a rental condo. For example, in addition to a coffee maker, we also provide a special edition Keurig coffee maker (if you prefer to bring your own coffee pods). We want to provide you with one of the best equipped kitchens you will find at the beach. Furthermore, there is a 270-degree panoramic beach VIEW from the kitchen. You will find a high-end LG washer and dryer (both with steam functions), a wet bar with an ice maker, and even a small “walk-in pantry.” The inside dining areas seat eleven (six at the table and five at the counter) and have Gulf-front VIEWS. The outdoor table has seating for up to eight at a counter height, allowing for beautiful Gulf-front VIEWS. There are also small bistro sets outside the sliding glass door for each of the three bedrooms to enjoy your money coffee while watching the sunrise. LIVING Room We pole-mounted the 77” 4K OLED TV with soundbar/subwoofer. We hid the cable/satellite control box in the laundry room to maximize the beautiful PANORAMIC VIEWS. The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, ample dresser space, along with a large walk-in closet. There is a contemporary glass and metal computer desk in case you have some work to do. Of course, it has a beach view. A sliding door provides impressive gulf views and access to the wrap-around balcony. The spacious main bath includes a large vanity with double sinks and a massive, backlit mirror. In addition to the tub there is new a walk-in shower with a shower panel system. The other two ensuite bathrooms have all the walls completely tiled. We removed the cheap fiberglass shower tub insert typically found in condos and had the area custom tiled, and added a modern tub with a rain shower head. There is overhead lighting, over-the-counter lighting, and a large modern backlit mirror. If you want to “VIEW” TV during your stay, there are FOUR 4K flat panel smart TV’s with most apps built-in that allow you to utilize your personal Netflix, Amazon, and/or Hulu accounts for streaming. THREE TV’s are huge newly installed 77” LG OLED 4K TV’s. There are also a couple of Blu-Ray DVD players. Of course, FREE high-speed Wi-Fi is included. You will even find a section of DVDs, board games, and puzzles under the TV stand in the living room to use during your stay. We even provide two card tables and eight chairs for those infrequent times of rain or when you simply want a break from the beach. *It is also worth mentioning we do NOT have a lock on our interior owner’s closet in the front entry hall, and you are welcome to use our new beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cart, coolers, boogie boards, and outdoor games during your stay. LIGHTING- There is an abundance of natural lighting from the 170 feet of glass walls. Plus, we added an extensive number of new LED fixtures throughout the unit during the significant update as we can’t stand dimly lit units. We even added dimmers to as many of the lights as possible to allow you to control the ambiance. The Phoenix IX complex has an indoor pool and hot tubs on the seventh floor that have VIEWS overlooking Ole River and St. John’s Bay. (FYI: the chemical balances of all pools are checked three times per day and the hot tubs are drained and cleaned daily for your protection.) The kiddie pool has amazing corner VIEWS, the indoor Tennis/Pickleball court on the twelfth floor has a glass ceiling and glass walls on three sides with VIEWS overlooking Ole River and Ono Island, and naturally, the eighth-floor fitness facility also has VIEWS. Even your vehicle(s) can have VIEWS through the glass panels in the covered five-story parking garage. Unlike most complexes, our parking is within the main structure of the building, not outside or in an attached parking deck so you are only steps away from our elevators. It is only a six-minute walk to the Flora-Bama for meals, live entertainment, & bushwhackers. In addition, you can participate in their WOW (Worship on the Water) church service on Sunday mornings. The sixth floor is the perfect height to hear the waves washing ashore and for people watching on the beach. Plus, this unit is on the opposite end of the building, away from the outdoor pool and trash room noise. If you are looking for a relaxing unit with incredible VIEWS for your vacation, this is it!
