Phoenix IX 1405 is a spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom includes two full-size beds. For additional sleeping space, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas, allowing plenty of natural light and stunning views. The dining room seats up to eight, with three additional barstools at the breakfast bar—perfect for group meals or casual dining. Ideal for entertaining, the unit includes a separate wet bar with a sink and icemaker. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the condo, offering entertainment in every room. The master bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower and a soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second and third bedroom bathrooms each offer a single vanity and a tub-shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. The building is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.
