Nestled in the heart of the Savannah Historic Landmark District, this Victorian Villa offers a delightful blend of historic charm and modern amenities. Built in 1900 and meticulously renovated in 2024, the house boasts three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort with high-end bedding, cozy throws, and coordinating accent pillows. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the family room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting environment perfect for socializing and entertaining. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, features a kitchen island that seats two, while the adjacent dining room accommodates eight, making it ideal for family dinners and gatherings.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally charming. The front porch, with its comfortable seating, invites you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the world go by. At the back, the rear deck features a propane grill and a dining table for eight, perfect for alfresco meals. Beyond the deck, a small fenced-in area provides a safe and convenient space for your dog to play. Additional conveniences include two designated parking spots in the rear and free street parking in the front. Located less than three blocks from Forsyth Park, this villa places you within easy reach of Savannah’s most iconic attractions, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city’s rich history and vibrant culture.
The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking.
